All our pedals have one (1) year warranty from the day of purchase, the warranty is only valid if the enclosure is still sealed with the warranty stickers added from the factory. If the seal is broken and/or missing, there is no warranty.
If you buy your pedal from a reseller such as a musicstore or similar company its always Klotz Amplification you should contact, and NOT the store you bought it at.
If your pedal is broken and the warranty is still valid you need to contact us so that we can find a solution for your pedal and we take it from there.
The warranty is ONLY valid if you have the receipt of purchase, which also needs to be sent to us with the pedal.
